As a cinematographer for Rangabali, I developed a dynamic and visually energetic style that reflects the film’s commercial scale, action, celebration, and larger-than-life storytelling. The frames make strong use of dramatic lighting, rich warm tones, atmospheric elements, and controlled contrast to create visual impact. Action sequences are captured with a sense of movement and scale, while the more romantic and celebratory moments shift into warmer, more immersive lighting and compositions. I also used wide compositions, strong perspectives, and layered frames to give the film a heightened cinematic presence. Overall, the visual approach was designed to feel vibrant, theatrical, and accessible, supporting the film’s energetic narrative while maintaining a strong commercial-entertainer aesthetic.
